I always felt that I had one foot on a corporate career path, one foot on another and I yearned to feel both feet on what felt like the truest. And that's what happened. ​In 2016 I took a sabbatical from work and called it 366 DAYS OF BEING. I offered myself to the universe and gave myself away. Both feet have remained on this path ever since.

What begun in my early 20s as a personal healing journey unfolded in to a life of service, providing healing arts to those who find that the western approach to mental and emotional health is not enough on its own. 

I  am committed to evidence based practice and development however, at the core of my work is love, and a dedication to Truth; some might say the Transpersonal. Lucy means light but I think of myself as the lamp for the Light to shine through.
